I give it 2 stars for a few reasons. I’ve visited this pharmacy a few times and not once have I been able to see or smell the flowers I was buying. As a smoker of flower for years, I want to see and smell what I buy. Secondly, once you buy what you can’t see or smell, you can’t bring it back for exchange even if you haven’t broke the seal. I just purchased 7 grams of some flower that I didn’t like at all. Being that they gave it to me in 2 sealed pouches, I called to see if I could swap the pack that I didn’t open for a different kind, and I was told, “Once it leave the pharmacy it can’t be returned, even it the pack haven’t been opened or touched!” I wasn’t trying to return or swap the pack I opened. I don’t think that’s right! I paid a lot of money for something I won’t enjoy. And third, the description of the flowers should be more accurate. I’ve smoked flowers for a very long time and I’ve had thousands of different brands & strands from all over the country. I can give you the specifics, descriptions, the whole run down on at least 80% of every strand in America today because I’ve tried them, and Some of the strands are not what is in the description. Other than that, the people that work there seems to be very nice. I Love that Louisiana have legalized this magnificent flower, but we still have a long way to go.

I was traveling home from Texas and decided to find a dispensary in western Louisiana. When I called Nature Meds to see if they could accommodate me they told me that they would except my Mississippi medical marijuana card and to come on by. The business was several miles out of my way but seemed worth the time to go. Upon arriving they and showing my card and drivers license I was told to come back on Monday after they had a chance to verify my credentials. I was traveling and couldn’t wait. The girls I dealt with didn’t even apologize for my inconvenience and were borderline rude. They are the only dispensary in that part of the state and have terrible customer service. After calling the branch in Hattiesburg Mississippi where I live they said that they were open on Sundays at noon and they didn’t understand why I was told that I’d have be verified if I showed my card (with my photo) and my license. The folks at the branch in Louisiana need a lesson in customer service
